How much does Valeska cost?

Valeska is free to use. Logging, reminders, interaction warnings, barcode and label scanning, template insights, and CSV export cost nothing. New paid plans are yearly: Pro is $39.99 a year (about $3.33 a month) and adds personalized written summaries, the Documents module, caregiver sharing, polished exports, and cloud backup. Family is $59.99 a year (about $5 a month) and adds managing profiles for the people you care for. Both paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you already pay monthly, you keep that plan. See the pricing page for what each one includes.

Is my health information private?

Yes. Your local record is encrypted. Pro and Family include cloud sync and backup, and you control caregiver access. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Do pattern checks send my health information anywhere?

No. Pattern checks happen on your phone. On supported devices, personalized wording is also prepared on-device rather than sending your notes to an outside writing service.

What conditions does Valeska work for?

More than 500. Whether it is MS, Crohn’s, migraine, lupus, an autoimmune condition, or something else, you can track the symptoms that matter to you.

Do I need to be online to use it?

No. Valeska works offline. If you turn on cloud backup, it saves your data when you are connected.

Is it hard to log things?

No. Most entries take a few seconds. Tap, talk, scan a barcode, or snap a label and Valeska turns it into a clear log.

Can I share with my doctor?

Yes. Valeska builds a clear summary of your recent history that you can hand to your doctor before an appointment.

Can a family member or caregiver help?

Yes. You can invite a partner or caregiver and choose exactly what they can see, down to each category. You can change or remove their access anytime.

Does it connect to Apple Health?

Yes, if you want. You can let Valeska read things like steps, sleep, and heart rate to show alongside your other entries. You can also import your lab results and your provider medication list from Apple Health Records (United States only, free). Your lab results stay on your phone, and you can include them in your own doctor reports. It is optional, and you stay in control.

What devices does it work on?

Valeska is available for iPhone and iPad. Features that use Apple’s on-device intelligence require a supported device running iOS or iPadOS 26.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings, the same place you handle your other App Store subscriptions.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can delete your account and all of your data from Settings in the app, or from our account-deletion page without signing in.

Does Valeska diagnose or treat conditions?

No. Valeska is a personal health companion that helps you track and understand your health. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your care team.
