All of your health,
in one calm place.
Symptoms. Medications. Nutrition. Water. Vitals. Mood. Cycle. Appointments. Questions for the doctor. Documents. People who help you. Tap, talk, or scan for free. Eleven tools that work together, and quietly spot the patterns between them.
One screen, your whole day.
Open the app and see where today stands without digging. Home shows your Symptoms, Medications, Water, and Nutrition for the day at a glance. A streak counts the days you show up. When the app spots something worth a look, it tells you right there. And every tool is one tap away.
- Four clear numbers up top, today's symptoms, doses, water, and calories
- Gentle insights surface the patterns Valeska has noticed
- A "Where to next?" grid jumps you straight to any tool
- Eleven tools. Keep what helps, hide the rest.
Today
Fatigue runs higher on afternoons after low water days.
Last 14 days: 4 of 5 fatigue entries followed days under your hydration goal.
Where to next?
Write down how you feel in three seconds.
When logging is this fast, you actually do it, so the record is there when your doctor asks. Tap a tile, slide the strength, and you're done. In a hurry? Just say it out loud: "Headache, started after lunch, about a six." Valeska turns what you said into a clean entry for you.
- The symptoms you log most float to the top
- Start from a searchable starter pack, 26 in all, that adds what people with your condition often track
- Add an entry by tapping or by speaking, your choice
- Rate how strong it feels from 1 to 10, in soft colors
- Mark a symptom ongoing and end it later, so its duration shows in your timeline and doctor reports
- Add up to 3 photos to a symptom, kept on your phone only
- Over time, Valeska shows the time of day, day of week, and clusters where symptoms tend to show up
Short-sleep nights are followed by more headaches.
Over 8 weeks, 7 of your 9 nights under 6 hours were followed by a headache the next day. After well-rested nights, just 2.
Never wonder if you took it.
Half the battle with a new prescription is just remembering it. Add a medication in seconds: scan the barcode, snap a photo of the label, or type the name. Scanning is part of the free app, so you can build the record before you ever think about upgrading. Pick your dose times. Valeska reminds you, you tap "I took it" right from the lock screen, and the past week is easy to see.
- Scan the bottle and the name and dose fill in for you, free
- Snap the label, Valeska reads it and fills in the details, free
- Set dose times and get a reminder when each one is due
- Mark a dose taken or skipped straight from the lock screen, no need to open the app
- Track how many pills you have left and get a quiet heads-up when it is time to refill
- See your adherence over the past week at a glance
- Get a heads-up if a new medication may interact with another you take
You’ve taken your evening dose 26 days in a row.

It In
Walk in with a summary already written.
You get more out of a short appointment when you walk in prepared, and the hour before is the worst time to remember it all. So Valeska does it for you. It gathers everything you logged since your last visit, sorts it into clear sections, and sums up what stood out.
- A quick recap up top: how many symptoms, doses, and questions
- A short written summary of the patterns worth mentioning
- Save it as a PDF and share it by text, email, or AirDrop
- Star the things you most want to bring up at the visit
A new symptom showed up 3 days before your appointment.
Numbness in your left hand, logged twice this week. It’s already on your visit summary, so it won’t get forgotten in the room.
Drink enough, without the math.
Staying hydrated is one of the simplest things you can do for how you feel, so Valeska makes it a one-tap habit. Set a daily goal you can actually hit, then tap a button for the cup or bottle you usually use. Scan a drink and the caffeine counts toward your daily total in Nutrition.
- A ring fills as you go, with a little cheer when you reach your goal
- Six kinds of drinks, water, tea, coffee, juice, sparkling, and other
- Coffee and juice count a little less toward your goal
- Switch between ounces and milliliters whenever you like
- Keep it in sync with Apple Health if you'd like
Low-water days are followed by more afternoon fatigue.
Last 14 days: 4 of your 5 fatigue entries came the day after you missed your water goal. On goal-met days, fatigue showed up just once.
How you're feeling, in your own words.
How you feel is part of your health, and noticing it helps you spot what sets you off. Pick from eight moods, tap one, set how strong it feels, and add a note if you want. Over the week, you'll see how your mood and your symptoms move together.
- Happy · Calm · Anxious · Sad · Irritable · Energetic · Tired · Stressed
- Set the strength from mild to strong
- See when your mood and symptoms tend to line up
- Your mood stays private unless you choose to share it
More tools, same calm feel.
Turn on only the tools you want. Your home screen shows just those, so nothing gets in your way. The whole app follows your device’s text size, so it stays easy to read at any size.
Calendar
So an appointment never sneaks up on you. Keep your appointments, hospital stays, and medication changes in one place. Add one just by speaking: "Schedule cardiology on Tuesday." Get a reminder 15 minutes, an hour, a day, or two days ahead.
Nutrition
So you can see what you eat without weighing every bite. Scan a barcode for free or log a meal and see its calories, macros, and nutrients. A bar tracks how much caffeine you've had today. If a food might interact with a medication, Valeska gives you a gentle heads-up. Explore lets you compare foods and symptoms hours or days apart, from 6 to 72 hours, or up to 3 days later, so slow reactions are easier to catch.
Health (Apple Health metrics)
So your numbers sit beside how you actually feel. Bring in Apple Health metrics like heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, glucose, temperature, steps, weight, and sleep. Valeska reads them but never changes them, and gives you a clear summary by week or month. Your lab results and provider med list come in through Records, kept separate from these numbers.
Cycle
So you can tell what's your cycle and what's something else. Period tracking reads your cycle details from Apple Health. See where you are in your cycle, when the next one is likely to start, and how it shows up on your calendar, then spot how your symptoms line up with it.
Documents
So the card or paper you need is always in your pocket. Scan and store insurance cards, IDs, lab results, or discharge papers, and Valeska reads the key details for you. Documents is part of Pro. What you save stays private on your device and doesn't get backed up to iCloud.
Questions
So you never leave the office kicking yourself for forgetting to ask. Jot down a question the moment it pops into your head, and sort it by who you'll ask. People who help you can add questions for you to review. Open ones show up in Visit Prep on their own.
Bring your labs and provider meds onto your phone.
Valeska can pull in your lab results and the medication list your providers keep, straight from Apple Health. It saves you the re-typing, and it stays private. Free, and available in the United States.
Your lab results
Connect your providers in the Apple Health app, then import your labs into Valeska. They show exactly as your lab reported them. Talk with your care team about what they mean. Your labs stay on your phone only, never uploaded and never included in written pattern summaries, and you can include them in your own doctor reports.
Meds from your providers
Import the medications your providers have on record. You review each one before it is added, so there are no duplicates. Medications you have already stopped come in as history, with no new reminders. Imported meds work just like the ones you add yourself.
Free, and yours
Records import costs nothing and is available in the United States. Your lab results stay on your phone: never uploaded, never shared with a caregiver, never included in written pattern summaries. You decide what leaves with you.
See how Valeska ties it all together.
Writing things down is just the start. The payoff is what comes next: Valeska finds the patterns across all your tools, explains what they mean, and writes your next visit summary for you.
