If you still have an old subscription, please cancel it in your Apple or Google settings. The app no longer sells subscriptions, and you stay free either way.
The price is set by Valeska and paid through the App Store or Google Play. Have a code? Use “Redeem a code” on the unlock screen. Got a new phone? Tap “Restore purchase.”

When the 7 days end, nothing is locked away. Valeska becomes read-only. Adding or editing entries asks you to unlock. Everything else keeps working.

The honest FAQ.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is one payment of $4.99. There is no monthly or yearly plan, and nothing renews. You will never need to cancel anything.
I had Pro or Family. What do I do?
Cancel your old subscription in your Apple Account settings (on iPhone) or in Google Play (on Android). You stay free for good, and your records stay in the app. You will not be asked to pay again.
What happened to sharing and syncing?
Caregiver sharing and syncing between devices have ended. Your records now stay on your phone, and we no longer keep a copy. To share with a doctor or a loved one, send a Visit Prep summary or save a copy of your records. Family profiles are still here, so you can track a child or parent on your own phone.
Can my family use it too?
On iPhone and iPad, yes. Family Sharing is turned on, so people in your Apple Family Sharing group get the unlock too. You can also add family profiles inside the app to track someone you care for.
What if I get a new phone?
Restore from your encrypted backup. It is the first choice when you set up the app. Then tap “Restore purchase” so you don’t pay twice.
Do I need iOS 26 for personalized written summaries?
Personalized written summaries need iOS or iPadOS 26 on a supported device. On older devices, Valeska still runs the same pattern checks and shows ready-made explanations, so the underlying observations remain available.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. Valeska is on Google Play. The same 7-day trial and $4.99 one-time unlock arrive in the next Android update.
Can my employer or insurer get my Valeska info?
No. Your records stay on your phone, and we don’t have a copy to give anyone. Someone only sees your info if you send it to them yourself.
