The basics are free. For good.
Logging your health should never sit behind a paywall, so the core app is free for good, whether you’re managing a long-term condition or just building better habits.
Pro and Family are for the heavier extras: personalized written summaries, polished Visit Prep exports, sharing with people who help you, and keeping your info backed up and in sync. Only pay if you want them, and we’ll never take away something you already had for free.
What we will never do
Sell, rent, or share your health info with anyone, ever. Run ads. Build an advertising profile from what you do inside the app. Or lock up the info on your phone when a subscription ends.
What you won’t see
A pop-up trying to sell you something after you log a symptom. "Pay to see your own history." Daily nag reminders. Or a pricing page that hides what’s included.
What we will do
Email you two weeks before any price change. Keep your price the same if you’re already a subscriber. And reply to your emails ourselves, there’s two of us, and we read every one.
The honest FAQ.
Is the free app ever going away?
No. The core app, logging, reminders, charts, and your patterns, is free for good. We never want a price tag between you and writing down how you feel.
If I cancel Pro, do I lose my info?
No. Your local history stays in the app. Cancelling just turns off the Pro extras, personalized written summaries, caregiver sharing, polished exports, and cloud backup. You can turn it back on anytime.
What’s the difference between Pro and Family?
Pro gives one person all the extras. Family adds everything in Pro plus managing profiles for the people you care for, like a child or an aging parent, all from one account.
Do I need iOS 26 for personalized written summaries?
Personalized written summaries need iOS or iPadOS 26 on a supported device. On older devices, Valeska still runs the same pattern checks and shows ready-made explanations, so the underlying observations remain available.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. Valeska is on Google Play for Android phones, alongside the iPhone and iPad app. A paid plan works on both: sign in with the same account and your backed-up data comes with you.
Can my employer or insurer get my Valeska info?
We do not sell or disclose your health record to employers or insurers. They receive information only when you choose to export it, send it, or grant someone caregiver access. You control who sees what.
Start free. Upgrade if you want more.
