For caregivers · Everything stays on your phone

Caring for someone is rarely
a one-person job.

You track your child's asthma. You keep an eye on your mom's blood pressure. You also have your own health to look after. Valeska keeps a separate record for each person you care for, side by side on one phone. When someone else needs to know, you hand them a clear summary. They get the story. You keep the records.

Family profiles

One phone, everyone you look after.

Add a family member and they get their own health record. Their symptoms, meds, appointments, and questions stay apart from yours. Nothing gets mixed up.

Switch profiles when you need to. Log your son's inhaler in the morning. Note your dad's dizzy spell at lunch. Log your own headache at night. Each record keeps its own history, so each Visit Prep summary is about the right person.

You can add up to six family members. Remove one and their record is removed from your phone.

Share the story, not the access

Hand them a summary, keep the diary private.

The people who help don't need your whole record. They need the right page at the right time. Valeska turns what you logged into something you can hand over. You pick what goes in. You decide who gets it.

📋

Visit Prep summary

A doctor-ready summary for any profile, yours or a family member's. Pick the dates and what to include. Share it as a PDF or as text. Or build a one-page appointment brief for a quick visit.

🆘

Emergency card

What to show if someone needs help fast. It shows only the lines you pick, like allergies, meds, and who to call. It fits on one page, so you can print it for a babysitter, a grandparent, or a school bag.

💾

Save a copy

Keep a full copy of your records as a single file. Put it anywhere you like. It is locked, and it only opens with your recovery code. Good for safekeeping, or before you switch phones.

Here is what a Visit Prep summary can pull together. Only the parts with data in your date range show up:

If you track them, and only if you want them in

Visit Prep sums up what you logged. It does not give medical advice.

Valeska also spots things worth bringing up, so they make it into the summary. Here is the kind of note it might show:

✨ Worth bringing to your visit

A new symptom showed up 3 days before your appointment.

Numbness in your left hand, logged twice this week. It’s already on your visit summary, so it won’t get forgotten in the room.

✨ Worth bringing to your visit

Mia’s symptoms tick up on the days she changes houses.

On her last 5 handoff days, a cough or stomachache was logged 4 times, versus rarely on settled days. Worth a note for the pediatrician.

Three real shapes

Different people, different things to hand over.

👪

The other parent

Your child splits time between two homes. Before a handoff, send a Visit Prep summary for the last week as a PDF. It shows which doses were given and what symptoms came up. Tape the emergency card inside the backpack, too.

👨‍👩‍👧

The adult child

You help your mom with her blood pressure and meds. Keep her in a family profile on your phone. Before her checkup, print a one-page brief. Bring it with you, or send it to your brother so he knows how she's doing.

👨‍⚕

The doctor

Your doctor gets the full picture without logging in to anything. Share a Visit Prep summary before the visit, or hand over a printout in the room. New symptoms, med changes, and your questions are all on the page.

Visit Prep for a family member

Walk in ready, for them or for you.

Pediatric visits go fast. So do checkups with an aging parent. Switch to their profile, open Visit Prep, and the summary is already built from what you logged. Check it over, then share it.

  • Pick the dates: the last 30 days, since the last report, or your own range
  • Choose what goes in, and leave out what doesn't belong
  • Share as a PDF or as plain text
  • Build a one-page appointment brief when time is short
  • Print it and hand it over in the room

📱

It stays on your phone

Your records and your family's records live on your phone. There is no account to make and no password to remember. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send it.

🔒

A backup only you can open

Valeska keeps a locked backup in your own iCloud on iPhone. On Android, you can save a locked copy wherever you like. Only you can open it, with keys only you hold and your recovery code. Not even we can.

✋

You choose what goes out

A summary or a printout is a snapshot. You pick what's in it and who gets it. No one gets a live view into your phone, and there is no access to take back later.

What changed

Live caregiver sharing has ended.

Valeska used to let you invite a caregiver to see your records in their own app. That has ended. Invites, shared access, and the caregiver home screen are gone. To keep someone in the loop now, send them a Visit Prep summary or a printout.
